The middle to lower class women of Gaer try to emulate the wealthier classes, but without the rich and expensive fabrics sometimes they have to get creative. Taresa features a hand embroidered bolero (only worn for special occasions) over a simple woolen dress. Bands tied above the elbow give the idea of puffed sleeves, as well as the scarves draped around the bodice adding a little interest. The underskirt is also embroidered. She wears leggings tucked into the bindings that act as gaiters over her leather boots.
