I think it must be a sign of tiredness when you wonder why your cereal is so much harder to eat than usual--- only to realize you're using a fork instead of a spoon. Yeah, I might have done that.
Today we have Base "E" displaying an outfit worn by a woman from the desert country of Anhamoth. They favor slender silhouettes and breathable fabrics. When outdoors a headscarf would also be worn to protect from sunstroke.
What books do you recommend when someone asks for your favorites?
I keep having these grand aspirations of spending a few hours developing histories and cultures for all these countries--- and then I take a nap... Apparently growing babies takes a lot of energy! I'm slowly chiseling away at it. This weekend I hope to have a little more time (and energy!)
Base "E" is modelling a typical middle-class outfit worn in the country of Aran. She wears it in three different styles: the simplest is for casual indoor wear, consisting of a shirt, skirt and thick socks. If company is expected she'll put on a robe and cap. If she's going outside she wears leather shoes and a head-covering that drapes over her torso as well. Often times the hemlines of each article of clothing will be elaborately embroidered, the fruit of many winters hours spent by the fireside.
